I know it sounds like a long shot, but have you tried Haifa's
municipality? I don't think it's a coincidence that Wikimania was held
in Haifa last year, and August Penguin on this one.<br>

Maybe there's someone over there lately being friendly with people who
want to organize stuff like this.<br>
