ILPW2013 will be one day 25th February.
It will cost 90 NIS - at least for "early birds" the payment gateway will
be opened at the end of January via the
http://act.perl.org.il/ilpw2013/ web site.
You can already register and I'll send out an e-mail when you can pay.
It will be via Paypal.
Registering now is not yet a commitment to pay, it is just an
indication of your interest.
Speakers won't need to pay.

"early bird" will be till the 17th February after that the price will
go up to190 NIS.
