Well, Math::GMP only handles integers. Math::BigInt can try to use it by
default (using «lib => 'GMP'» «only => 'GMP'», etc.) and there's also
Math::BigRat which uses Math::BigInt by default.

There's also https://metacpan.org/module/Math::GMPq which uses the libgmp's
underlying rational routines.
