Hi. I want to build a simple site, that is no more then file-handling interface, (upload, download, browse) payment form and custom permissions. I did a quick search, and found WebGUI, wefis that uses Perl. Also found webfm (drupal) and PHPfileNavigator. What do you say? which of them will let me do it in minimum effort? Thanks, Shmuel.
