Hi All,

Found this working
sub untar_gz
{
    Archive::TarGzip->untar( {dest_dir=>'backup',
tar_file=>'Centerity.Monitor.Linux.Agent.1.4.tar.gz', compress => 1, umask
=> 0} )
}

But this one doesn't, can anyone tell me why ?
sub tar_gz
{
    my @files;
    Archive::TarGzip->tar( @files, {tar_file => 'Centerity_Example.tar.gz',
src_dir  => './backup/Centerity_Monitor_Linux_Agent',
             dest_dir => './', compress => 1} )

}

Thanks
Chanan

Subject: [Israel.pm] Looking for example script

Hi All,

I am looking for a Perl script using Archive::Tar and Archive::Zip to untar
and unzip a file.
Also if anyone has an example on how to tar/zip the files/folders found
under destination folder.

Sorry for being lazy, and not working Google for example, but thought you
might tried it already
Thanks
Chanan
