[Israel.pm] Padre: another feature needed

I think that it's a basic Ms-Windows feature, (OS related?).
It works in various Ms-Windows applications such as the "plain old"
Notepad and MS-Office.
I have Padre 0.25 on Win XP - and here too - it "remembers" the last
path I opened.
