I just saw someone reporting an issue with a CPAN module while following
the instruction in the README file that looked like this:

perl Makefile.PL
make
make test
make install

This is indeed confusing to someone who is new to Perl and CPAN.

So I wonder if there is a document pointing out how to install CPAN
modules?
How are you installing modules?
