[Israel.pm] Perl 5.6 on Win32 is falling off the map

Hi,

If this the case go to your manager and say - "5.6 is not supported
well enough no one run tests on it..."

Your manager will say

"Really ? , well it works here, don't fix something that does not fixing"

Then you'll said "@#%@!$%@#"

And you'll start looking for
