[Israel.pm] Perl 5.6 on Win32 is falling off the map

Hi All.

Looking on CPAN testers reports for some modules, I noticed that no 
reports are submitted for Perl 5.6 on Win32.
It means that authors will not get automated feedback for bugs in this 
platform, and support will declain pretty fast.

Pretty sucks, as I have to use it on my job. :-/

On the other hand, some brave soul is still running tests on Perl5.6 on 
Linux. good for him, I guess.
