[Israel.pm] Padre 0.06 released

Successfully installed this evening on my Mandriva PC (at home), using Cooker.
Post installation I needed to install perl-DBD-SQLite on my own.
Maybe I'll try report it to Mandriva guys.
Tomorrow I'll further try to arrange the Ms Windows at work.
