[Israel.pm] Portable Strawberry perl with Padre 0.14

I have just uploaded my first packaging of Padre with Portable
Strawberry Perl beta 1.


That means you just download it from http://www.perlide.org/download/
unzip it and run

...\perl\bin\portablepadre.bat

and you should have a working Padre with a fully installed perl.

Better if you don't have any other perl in your PATH.
