[Israel.pm] Padre 0.19 released - more languages including Hebrew

Hi,

as usual I am glad to announce the release of Padre 0.19

Changes: http://svn.perlide.org/padre/trunk/Changes

Highlights:
* Added Korean, Hungarian and Hebrew translations of the GUI
* Switching between languages no longer needs a restart of Padre
* Beginning of better encoding support
* Continuous Perl syntax checking is now considered working

You can already fetch it from CPAN by typing

$cpan
cpan> install Padre

If something does not work well, look at the
