[Israel.pm] Compiling perl

[Gaal Yahas]

The OP is on a FreeBSD-based switch, not a phone. Nokia acquired a
company called Ipswitch (IIRC) that made them. They used to be
IP-capable ATM devices, but (apart from obviously still doing IP
routing) I don't know what they are now.
