[Israel.pm] How to install Tk and Devel::ptkdb on a RHEL3?

My problem is that AFAIK Tk depends on some external (to CPAN) C libraries.
How can I find those?

On Ubuntu I just type aptitude install libdevel-ptkdb-perl and I would like to
see some relatively simple way to do that on RHEL as well.
