[Israel.pm] Perl/Tk - how to get rid of the "resize" button.

Hi,
 
I'd like to get rid of the resize button, but I can't figure out how to
do it.
I found that there is a method "resizable" that can do the job of not
letting the option of resizing the window,
but the button is still there.
 
Any ideas?
