I'm not sure but it smells like a SELinux (Security Enhanced Linux) issue. Try
disabling SELinux and see if it works. If you want a more proper solution,
send a bug report to Red Hat, or try tweaking the SELinux configuration
yourself. (or play with the roles, etc.)
