[Israel.pm] rapid CGI application

Hello,

Well... as the application's development was supposed to be
rapid, I've already developed it :-)

Those of you who might have interest in the code, please
email me off-list. Unless, of course, there's interest in
the list to see such code.

Nonetheless... Anyone who can suggest a framework for
similar rapid development of CGI based applications, please
speak up.
