[Israel.pm] Voulenteer needed

[Issac Goldstand]

The last shipment of books to be auctioned off at YAPC got stuck at 
customs, and we need someone to actually be there in order to get it 
sorted out.  I have no problem with talking to whomever needs talking to 
over the phone, but someone needs to be there physically, which I can't do.
