ActieState is missing out on a number of modules for various reasons, it is not worth to research now I think. With Win32::IE::Mechanize you are lucky as it is a pure perl module so you can just download it from CPAN and install it without a compiler: http://search.cpan.org/dist/Win32-IE-Mechanize/ Make sure you have the prerequisites.
