[Israel.pm] downloading and managing bank account statements

Hi,
hope this is the right place....

I want to automatically download bank & credit card statetments from
the web (mostly bank leumi) and import them to quicken or a similar
software.

Does anyone know a good enough web automation module (that is - one
that will work also with the banks sites - which have non standard web
pages)
and a module that can produce easily quicken files (.QFX)?

perl modules are preferable, but other tools and languages are also fine.
