For a CPAN module I wrote and released today. CompareML is an XML-based markup 
for maintaining multi-system multi-item comparisons. XML::CompareML allows 
one to render it into HTML or DocBook/XML. (which in turn can be converted to 
many other formats).

XML::CompareML powers the Better-SCM comparison:

Also available is an XSLT stylesheet for generating HTML out of CompareML.

This module is open-source and is distributed under the terms of the MIT X11 
license. (BSD-like)
