[Israel.pm] Perl maintenance programmer needed

Hello,

I am looking for a capable Perl programmer to take a poorly
written perl script (that translates some data from one
semi-structured format to some XML format (that has an XML
Schema defining it)) and re-write it as a Perl Module (or a
few) with a reasonable interface.
