Looks good, and validates cleanly against http://validator.w3.org
I think putting a validator button at the page edge/bottom
is a good idea (e.g: like in hamakor.org.il). It always help
improve the awareness of web-illiterate people when I show them
examples of good-looking compliant sites.

One more to the list...

(and please don't look at my own site, while it's
 validated ok, it is a disgrace to web technology --
 <frameset...> -- what a horror...)
