[Israel.pm] Detecting Random characters

OK, let me clear the issue with the actual problem:
i thought bout it last night as i was handeling a big spam attack on
my company's customers.
i noticed that alot of mails came from hotmail, and all the mailboxes
i.e: they all where in the form of: mkdafmer at hotmail.com, dnwqror at hotmail.com
and so on.
so i thought about trying to find a way to detect that those are not
legitimate mailbox names and are just random strings and those
creating a tool to eliminate spam faster(or atleast give the person
handeling the problem a leading clue)
building a lexicon and comparing a string against it is no problem at all
and i've dealt with this kind of situations before,
but a way to find out if dsfadffadh at something.com and knowing that the
"dsfadffadh" part is random, WITHOUT contacting the originating server
and requesting confirmation about this mailbox, this is something that
buffles me completly.
