[Israel.pm] Alternative Locally-hosted Search Engine for perl.org.il

Hi all!

It seems Google has problems indexing our site:

http://xrl.us/dxot
http://xrl.us/dxov

So I think we should set up our own web-search that will work 100% of the time 
for all the pages. Possible alternatives are:

1. ht://Dig - http://www.htdig.org/ - open source and all, but low quality of 
results.

2. http://webglimpse.net/ - Webglimpse. Not open source and I don't know the 
quality of its results.

3. Plucene - http://search.cpan.org/dist/Plucene/ - a Perl port of the Lucene 
Java search engine by Simon Cozens and Marc Kerr.
