[Israel.pm] array 2 hash for quick search

Of course, the most general concept enclosing the concept of arrays is the
concept of function.
Now, the question is how to write in Perl a function call so that it'll
look like an array indexing operation (i.e. $arr[$val] rather than
&arr($val))?
