[Israel.pm] hebrew in a command window on windows

Hi,

with all this talk about hebrew on the list lately, I thought I'd ask a 
question that has been bugging me for a while.

I have a script which outputs hebrew as utf-8. it interactively asks 
some questions.

on linux, with a unicode xterm window with an appropritate font, the 
hebrew comes out fine.

On Windows, I have not found any way of achieving this. Does anyone have 
any experience, or can suggest a workaround?
