Hello,

Have anyone used PERL with HP OpenView in order to execute outside
programs?
I need to send an SMS message when a router or any other node fail.
Manually, I can launch a terminal via the serial port that access the
SMS card gateway.
Can I directly access the SMS gateway (internal script that simulate
terminal job) or need to access the terminal first?
