[Israel.pm] Hebrew Perl Tutorial

Hello There.

Believe it or not, I once met a newbie using the tutorial against an old
ultrasparc.  I don't remember the perl version she had, but the project was
written using cgi-lib. (yeah, the ugly thing that CGI.pm replaced so long
ago.)

Or they're working at corporations with older workstations with older 
versions of Perl installed.

I haven't read the tutorial yet, but one topic which should be covered 
in any introduction to Perl is the matter of the different common 
versions of Perl.
