[Israel.pm] graph generation

Hello,

I have input files with data which describe a graph in terms
of nodes and of arcs.

Although this has been asked here several times, I'm yet to
find a working solution which is able to accept a graph
structure and produce a drawing of the graph in a way which
minimizez the overlapping arcs and so on...

Any ideas?

To GIMP fans, can gimp produce such an image?
