[Perl] GUI and Perl

Hi!

I have a task that requires me to build an administration interface in text
mode only (no X)
and I am a little relactunt about my choices. I could cook something in
bash, but that would look extremelly ugly and unproffesional.

Does perl have an option to build GUI ? Something like ncurses based
programs would be enough.
