[Perl] Perl for Windows

Hello,

This is a request from Semuel Fomberg (semuel at vipe.technion.ac.il).

He is seeking CDs for installing Perl for Windows along with
usefull PPMs (meaning ActiveState).

He has no access to internet connection (in the army) and so he can't download
and burn it himself.

If any of you guys have such a resource or can make it - He will appreciate it
and make arrangements for burning a copy etc.
