[Jerusalem.pm] Hebrew translation of Padre

Recently I started another round of effort to get more translation for Padre
and to make the existing translations up-to-date.

On http://perlide.org/translations/ you can see that Hebrew is currently
the  worst existing translation.

It would be nice if this was fixed.

If you have not done any open source development yet, this would be a
great way to
get involved in a project. No real Perl expertise is need for the translation of
course.
