[Jerusalem.pm] OSDC (was YAPC) talk proposal dead-line on this Saturday

Reminder:  the dead-line to submit talks is tomorrow evening.

In order to show people what kind of talks we already have
(and because I won't have time next week) I have already accepted
some of the talks from what we already have.
(This includes all the Beginner level Perl talks)
